Clark Lauren started in real estate career in Burlington, Vermont, as a commercial real estate agent and arrived in Sarasota in 1995 with his wife, Claudette, and daughter, Alexandra. His wife's family has owned residential and commercial waterfront property near Sarasota since 1950.

| He has an M.B.A. from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, a B.A. from Bowdoin College, Brunswick, Maine, and earned his GRI designation here in 2001. Clark and Claudette are active real estate investors in Sarasota and in nearby Englewood. |
