In addition, an outside speaker is available for educational purposes. Our most recent meeting took place on Golden Gate Point, Bay Vista, an extremely well appointed waterfront condominium listed at $4,750,000. It provided the members an opportunity to preview a location near the Ritz Carlton Hotel and of equal caliber and detailing with the adjacent area. Close to downtown, Bird Key and St Armands, it proved to be designed and decorated to a quality hardly seen before.
